Contest Rules
1.	PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: No purchase necessary to enter. Contest begins 05/10/2007 and ends 08/16/2007.HOW TO ENTER: Email contest entries to service@aaaes.com or you can mail them to: 191 Lathrop Way Sacramento,CA 95815 Please include your name, address, phone number and email address. Entry must be date marked no earlier than 05/10/2007 and no later than the contest end date for each contest. Entries submitted before or after these dates will not be accepted. Contest Questions may be emailed to service@aaaes.com. Please type in "Contest Question" in the subject field. AAA Electrical Services. Assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or for any computer, online, telephone, mail, or human error or technical malfunctions that may occur. Incomplete entries are void. All entries become the property of AAA Electrical Services and will not be returned. There is a limit of one contest entry for any one person, household or e-mail address. All other entries submitted from any one single entrant are void. Entries must be or your own home.
2.	WINNER SELECTION: The drawing will be conducted on or about 08/31/2007 from among all eligible entries received that have been properly registered on-line. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of AAA Electrical Services., whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this contest. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3.	PRIZES: Winner will receive a brand new panel and breaker. Winners are responsible for payment of taxes on prizes and for any other expenses not specifically described herein. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted except at the sole discretion of AAA Electrical Services who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event an offered prize is unavailable. If a prize winner cannot or will not accept the prize, then prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
4.	ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal residents of Northern California 18 years of age or older. Employees of AAA Electrical Services and their respective affiliates, promotion, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family or household members of each are not eligible to enter.
5.	GENERAL CONDITIONS: Contest entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules. The laws of the United States govern this Contest. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and where legal, Publicity Release, within 14 days following the date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for AAA Electrical Services and its designees to use winner's name and likeness for advertising, promotions or other purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless AAA Electrical Services and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, prize suppliers, entities engaged in work on AAA Electrical Services’ behalf, employees and agents, from any injuries, loss or damage or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or acceptance or use of any prize won.
6.	INTERNET: If AAA Electrical Services determines in its sole discretion that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Contest, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Contest, AAA Electrical Services, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to void any entries submitted fraudulently or cancel or modify the Contest. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, AAA ELECTRICAL SERVICES. RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. AAA Electrical Services. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by AAA Electrical Services. on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this contest or downloading any materials in this contest.
