Customer Care Representative

The position of Customer Care Representative is responsible for being the first point of contact when customers contact us. This important position is responsible for answering the phone, managing email and doing computer data entry.
We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great phone etiquette and phone skills to answer multi-line phone system
- Positive person with a “can-do” attitude
- A quick learner who can adapt to change and enjoys learning new things
- Strong computer skills and must know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Additional skills preferred:
- Skilled in using Intuit Quickbooks
- Bilingual speaker who is fluent in English as well as Spanish or Russian
