“Blown Neutral. I called AAA to see if they could locate and repair a blown neutral. I orignially had a “drive by” electrician put a band aid on it and it could have cost me and my family our life. I called in a panic because there were sparks coming from the “band aid” and I literally thought my house was going to catch fire. Ed showed up in a timely fashion, took a THOROUGH look around and located the original blown neutral. Ed explained the problem to me in layman terms, gave me up front pricing and completed the job. “High quality work and well thought-out. I have had 2 very positive experiences with AAA Electrical Service. I first used them in 2001 for a huge job installing new electrical in my 1929 house. I probably decided to use them because they were a longtime business in the community and I like supporting community businesses. The quality of the work that they did was good: clean, tidy, and everything worked perfectly. The outlets were not crooked, which is important to me because I have an eye for that kind of detail. They cleaned up well after themselves.  So, when I needed someone recently to do the electrical work for my spa, I knew that I wanted to use AAA Electrical again. Fortunately, when they did the work back in 2001, I had had them put in some conduits under the concrete. As a result, I did not have to have any overhead cables installed for this recent work they did for me.  I was very impressed with the thinking and logic of the electrician who came out to do the work. I wanted the minimum amount of ugliness in terms of things being out of the way and re-routed. We discussed how he would do it and then he would come back to me 30 minutes later with a better idea that he would run by me. It was the type of interchange that I appreciate. He was working with me as the homeowner and, because I am a technical person, I appreciated that he respected me and included me in the decision-making process. He was an excellent communicator as well as a logical thinker.  In addition to doing the electrical for the spa, AAA Electrical also installed some lights, upgraded several outlets in my home, and did the electricity in a new, outside building that I have.  To me, one of the most important things about their service is that they have people who can think, not just do. The quality of the workmanship and the components are far more important than the speed at which something is completed. Also, I appreciate that they do the work right the first time.”
